Want to move the WordPress Admin Bar from the default top position to the bottom of the window? There is no in-built option for this but here is an easy way to switch the admin bar position.
Move the Admin Bar to the bottom
Bottom Admin Toolbar is a small plugin by Michael Revellin-Clerc. It changes and switches the Admin Bar position from the top to the bottom of the screen. After installing and activating this plugin, go to Settings > Bottom Admin Toolbar option to enable the option to move the Admin Bar to the bottom.
Hide the Admin Bar with a keyboard shortcut
Not just this sticks the Admin Bar to the bottom it also enables the hiding of the Admim Bar with a SHIFT + Down Arrow keyboard shortcut. Press this shortcut again to make the Admin Bar visible. This is ideal for previewing page designs and keeping the bar out of view when building a website with sticky headers.
